- Listing counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized goods as part of a training package.
- Selling products unrelated to the advertised courses or training materials.
- Including harmful, hazardous, or unsafe items in course-related products.
2.3 Advertising Practices
- Publishing advertisements that are false, deceptive, or misleading.
- Using advertisements to promote unrelated, illegal, or unethical content.
- Engaging in clickbait, unauthorized endorsements, or other manipulative marketing tactics.
- Promoting third-party platforms, services, or competitors without prior approval from Claim That Course.
2.4 User Engagement
- Soliciting reviews, ratings, or feedback in exchange for monetary or other incentives.
- Engaging in behavior that unfairly manipulates course rankings or visibility.
3. Enforcement and Penalties
Claim That Course reserves the right to take the following actions if this Policy is violated:
- Suspend or terminate user accounts and access to the Platform.
